We offer care to those persons who have a terminal illness and wish to spend their remaining days in their own home. Our staff prepares the family for the impending loss of a loved one. They also comfort and care for the terminally ill person, attempting to make their last weeks and months "good" weeks and months. Hospice is the appropriate referral source when a person with a life-threatening illness is believed to be within 6 months of dying. Hospice focuses attention on pain control, symptom management and comfort.
